Totems
Source here
A totem can be obtained each night from the Shaman (S), Wolf Shaman (WS), and 'Mad Shaman' (VS) are output. They can have various effects on the player they are given to.
Totem Types
death totem (S, VS)
Anyone who acquires the Totem of Death will automatically die the next day. A harlot that visits the totem recipient does not die, although a harlot who receives one dies, regardless of whether she visits someone or not. Death Totems (or any other type of kill) and Protection Totems (or any other type of protection) stack and can cancel each other out.
Revelation Totem (S, VS)
If the person with the disclosure totem is hanged during the day, they will survive and have their persona revealed to the channel instead. All others will appear as their actual roles, including the Traitor and the Amnesiac. If an amnesiac is hanged, they will immediately remember their new role.
Totem of Silence (S, VS, WS)
The person with the totem of silence cannot use any special powers they may have during the day and the following night phase (therefore they are silenced in the night after receiving the totem).
Totem of Despair (S, VS)
If the person with the totem of despair is hanged during the day, the last person who chose them will also die.
Protection Totem (S, VS, WS)
The person with the protective totem is protected against any outward form of death (such as wolves, Hunter, Assassin , Vengeful Ghost or death totems). In love is suicide is not protected. Protection totems (or any other type of protection) and death totems (any other type of kill) stack and can cancel each other out.
Totem of Impatience (S, VS, WS)
The person with the impatience totem is considered attuned to all but themselves. While they can still vote, they will be counted regardless of whether they do so or not. Equal numbers of Pacifism and Impatience totems cancel each other out, allowing the person with both totems to vote normally.
Pacifism Totem (S, VS WS)
The person with the pacifism totem counts as an abstainer. It will not be indicated in !vote that they abstain. You can still use !Vote, but your vote won't count. Equal numbers of Pacifism and Impatience totems cancel each other out, allowing the person with both totems to vote normally.
Totem of Influence (S, VS)
For the person with the influence totem, the votes are counted twice. If the person is affected by a Pacifism Totem or a Narcolepsy Totem, their vote doesn't count anyway, so that totem is useless in that scenario.
Narcolepsy Totem (VS)
The person with the narcolepsy totem cannot vote the next day. In terms of counting an even number of wolves against Villager, they are considered the same wounded target of the shooter, unlike the pacifism totem.
Exchange Totem (VS)
The first person to target the person with the exchange totem the night after obtaining it will swap roles with the totem bearer. Each person is told their new role and they can start using it actively that night. All previous actions such as a whore visit are revoked (harlot, bodyguard and guardian angel -Target will be informed that their visitor has disappeared). A Wolf that chooses the wielder of a swap totem will be swapped immediately, even if the kill is not complete because other wolves don't choose.
Lycantrophy Totem (VS, WS)
On the following night, if the bearer of the Lycanthropy Totem is attacked by wolves, they become a Wolf instead of dying. They don't keep their former lead role, but whatever supporting roles they have. Some roles turn into special wolves. Guardian Angel transform into Fallen Angel, a scroll capable of bypassing all forms of protection. Seer, Oracle and Augur transform into 'Apocalyptic', a wolf scroll with the ability to predict a human's fate. Shaman and Crazy Shaman transform into Wolf Shaman, a wolf-focused Shaman with the ability to kill.
