    During combat there are a variety of effects that can be inflicted on you and others in the heat of battle. Please note that the status effect rounds, i. H. how long they last are greatly reduced when fighting alone in combat to avoid getting status lock on you or the target.  

    Negativ Status Effects

    • Poison
      Drains a fraction of your health each turn. It can be stacked twice and deal more damage.
    • Blindness
      Incapacitates the victim for 1 turn.
    • Stun
      Knocks out the victim for 1 turn.
    • Stagger
      Knocks out the victim for 1 turn. Certain monsters, including several bosses, can be staggered after taking a certain amount of damage.
    • Virus
      Prevents the victim from using Boosts and Power Boosts for a few turns.
    • Charm
      Gives the attacker total control over the victim for a few turns, causing them to attack themselves or allies.
    • Amnesia (Forgetfulness)
      Prevents the victim from using his/her techniques or abilities
    • Paralysis (Paralyzed)
      Prevents the victim from moving for a few turns.
    • Boredom (Bored)
      Bores the victim with the battle and causes several rounds to be skipped.
    • Drunk
      Knocks out the victim for several turns
    • Zombie (Zombie Infected)
      Inflicts a weakness to Fire and Light on the victim and instead causes healing effects that damage them. Adds health regeneration to the target.
    • Slow
      Significantly decreases the victim's speed for a few turns.
    • Confusion
      Causes the victim to attack randomly for a few turns.
    • Curse
      Reduces all HP from the victim and prevents normal HP regeneration for a few turns.
    • Sleep
      Incapacitates the victim for a few turns. If you get hit, this effect is canceled.
    • Str Down
      Reduces the victim's Strength attribute by 3/4 for a few turns
    • Def Down
      Reduces the victim's Defense attribute by 3/4 for a few turns
    • Int Down
      Reduces the victim's Intelligence attribute by 3/4 for a few turns
    • Elemental DMG (Elemental Damage)
      Fire, Ice, Lightning, Water, Earth, or Wind element spells deal an additional 5% of the victim's maximum health on their next turn if the caster's level is high is enough.

    Positiv Status Effects

    • Reflect (Reflection)
      Adds a barrier that rebounds a single magic attack on the caster.
    • Protect
      Significantly reduces damage taken from standard melee attacks.
    • Shell
      Significantly reduces damage taken from magical attacks
    • En-Spell
      Enhances the target's basic attacks with elemental power, which can inflict the elemental damage effect on victims, as well as increases attack power against monsters weak to the element.
    • Auto Reraise
      Resurrects the target at half health the next time they fall.
    • Ethereal (Spiritualized)
      Grants immunity to most physical attacks for a few turns.
    • Invincible
      Makes the target completely immune to attacks

    There is also a buff called Spirit of the Hero.
    This is granted automatically when the player's level is a certain amount below the current battle streak. Increases all stats and possibly HP to be closer to the fight, but decreases the number of Redorbs received at the end of the fight.
